Employer Description Our client is a Food Manufacturing company based in Cape Town and Johannesburg Job Description Our client has an opportunity for a skilled individual to join their team in the capacity of a Continuous Improvement Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: Develop and manage technical, analytical, monitoring and reporting frameworks with supporting systems and databases Oversee category-wide project planning and execution, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives across sites within the organisation Standardise and improve operating methods across the sites Conduct and support internal audits Proven project management expertise, able to manage complex, multi-site initiatives effectively Ability to inspire and lead change, motivating teams to adopt new ways of working Identify, scope, and deliver cost-saving and waste-reduction projects with measurable impact. Qualifications Matriculation Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Operations Management Skills More than 5 years experience in Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization in the Food Manufacturing space Project Management experience Knowledge of Food Safety systems Benefits Provident Fund
