Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Truck/Used Truck Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with a proven ability to get the job done and a well-established database of customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a track record of success, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities. Following up on new and existing clients to build long-term relationships. Structuring finance options for customers to close deals. Presenting various truck options based on customer needs and preferences. Arranging and managing test drives for clients. Completing administrative tasks related to sales and vehicle delivery. Ensuring a smooth and professional delivery process for new or used trucks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the truck sales industry. Experience working with preferred brands such as UD, Fuso, Mercedes, FAW, and Isuzu. Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently. A well-developed customer database is essential. Proven track record of consistently reaching and exceeding monthly sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively. Valid South African Driver’s License and clear criminal record. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Qualities: Preferably a hustler mentality, able to get the job done without needing constant supervision. Looking for a finished product. Benefits: Basic salary plus commission. Company benefits.
