Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with homework assignments, and tests designed for Grade 6 and Grade 2 students. 2. Monitor the child`s progress and adapt teaching methods to best suit individual students. 3. Collaborate with parents and teachers to evaluate students performance and devise strategies for improvement. 4. Strengthen students` study techniques and learning strategies. 5. Maintain records of students` progress and development. 6. Provide constructive feedback, reinforcement, and direction to students. 7. Identify students` academic strengths and weaknesses. 8. Aid in students` preparation for standardized tests. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor`s Degree in Education or a related field. 2. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching roles. 3. Proven ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms. 4. Knowledge of the standard curriculum for Grade 6 and Grade 2. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relational skills. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Ability to inspire and motivate students – a positive attitude a must 8. May require a criminal background check. 9. Available for after-school tutoring sessions. 10. Own car
