Cape Town City Centre: Wealth Management Associate

Responsibilities: Prepare and collate new client onboarding documentation Oversee the management and updating of client CRM profile Liaise with external and internal providers on client specific queries Resolve and manage admin related queries or issues with clients directly Manage preparation of client review packs Apply basic knowledge of the FAIS General Code of Conduct in daily work Draft and/or check Record of Advice and Replacement disclosure forms Ensure CDD on all clients based on their risk profile according to FICA and company RMCP Ensure a basic level of product knowledge by keeping up to date with products Compile proposal documents based on the Wealth Manager instruction Compile a financial needs analysis and retirement needs analysis based on Wealth Manager guidelines Requirements: Commerce or financial degree (advantageous) 3-5 years experience in the financial planning environment assisting Family Officers and/or Wealth Managers and/or Financial Advisors CFP designation (advantageous) RE5 (advantageous) Experience in and solid understanding of the financial planning environment, FAIS (CAT II advantageous), and FICA MS Office Suite XPlan (advantageous) Ability to prioritise, organise and plan around large amounts of information High attention to detail Keen interest in Fintech systems Thank you for your interest.
