About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Code 8 Driver to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting items to clients across the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Validly load, transport, and deliver items to clients
- Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service abilities with clients and colleagues
- Safely navigate roads, adhering to regulations and safety guidelines
- Work on Saturdays as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a professional driver
- Good knowledge of road safety, regulations, and routes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to read and understand road maps and GPS
