About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Commercial Property Scout to support our busy real-estate team. This is a hands-on admin/marketing support role focused on keeping our property listings visible and up to date and helping us bring in new stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage property listings across various online portals.
- Prepare and update marketing materials for properties.
- Arrange and put up For Sale / To Let boards at properties.
- Assist with sourcing and onboarding new properties to list.
- Maintain accurate property records and files.
- Monitor stock on property portals and load listings.
- Provide administrative support to the sales/rental team as needed.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license essential (to visit properties and erect boards).
- Age 20 – 30 years

Salary & Benefits
Base salary of R6 000 per month. Commission on new property listings and other incentives.
