Responsibilities: 

• Provide operational systems support and user training.

• Manage and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Analyze and test system changes and enhancements.

• Analyze business processes and applications to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• An applicable tertiary qualification and 5+ years of working experience, preferably within the fruit or agricultural industry.

• Experience with Financial and Operational ERP systems.

• Intermediate SQL knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and applications.

• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• A disciplined, focused, and adaptable approach to work, even under pressure or with tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
