This is a senior, strategic role for a commercially strong leader who can manage distributors, grow market share, and lead high-value equipment and aftermarket sales across the region.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in senior sales, key account management, or business development within mining or construction industries
- Proven experience managing high-value accounts and distributor networks
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level
- Willingness to travel extensively across Africa (±50%)
- Valid driver’s license and passport
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Drive Africa-wide growth strategy for mobile crushing and screening solutions
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned to revenue and profitability targets
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, customers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee both capital equipment and aftermarket sales performance
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline delivery
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Align with internal teams across service, marketing, and product divisions
- Lead performance, engagement, and development initiatives within the team
