Job Description
1. Achieve monthly sales.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities on an ongoing basis to achieve sales targets.
-Eight client visits (four new clients and four existing clients) per week.
-Contact a minimum of ten new potential clients a week.
-A minimum of ten non-BS pitches per week.
– Minimum of twenty calls per day.
3. Provide professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients.
-Ensure client has a pleasant experience.
-Ensure no sales are lost through poor product knowledge or poor customer service.
-Ensure all clients are contacted monthly.
-All e-mails received by 4pm are answered the same day.
– All proposals are sent to client within 24 hours (creative concepts 48 hours).
-All proposals are accompanied by an explanation of the thought process that went into the schedule/proposal and why it is suitable for that specific client and a well-presented concept document (when necessary).
– Treat every client as if they are your only client.
4. Ensure regular/monthly client touch points.
-Bi-monthly newsletter to all clients within 48 hours of receipt.
-Monthly digital stats to all clients within 48 hours of receipt.
– Acknowledge birthdays/special days.
5. Ensure sales reports are produced timeously.
-Submit weekly sales report in the One on ones as per required template.
6.Keep abreast of all administrative and sales support duties.
-Correct and timeous completion of airtime schedules as per procedures.
-Correct and timeous completion of Traffic bookings/credit and cash applications as per set procedures.
7.Instructions/Policies.
-To ensure all instructions and policies are adhered to.
-Stick to all procedures as per procedures document (Booking and Digital Procedures).
8.CRM.
-CRM must be updated on a daily basis with updated client database.
