Job Description
Hire Resolves client in the entertainment industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Direct Account Executive in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including securing new business and growing the current portfolio.
- Continuously generate new business opportunities through client visits, new client outreach, pitches, and daily calls.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a pleasant experience, strong product knowledge, timely responses, and comprehensive proposals.
- Maintain regular client contact through newsletters, digital stats, and acknowledging special occasions.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales reports.
- Accurately and timely complete all administrative and sales support duties, including airtime schedules and traffic bookings.
- Adhere to all company instructions and policies.
- Update the CRM system daily with client information.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through new business and upselling.
- Experience identifying and converting new business leads in a target-driven environment.
- Strong client relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
- Skilled in crafting persuasive proposals and presenting tailored solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
