About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit driven and entrepreneurial Financial Advisors. Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses
- Provide advice on risk products, investments, and long-term financial planning strategies
- Maintain and review client portfolios on an ongoing basis
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in ongoing training, development, and practice initiatives
Requirements
RE5 (Regulatory Examination for Representatives) completed
NQF Level 5 qualification in a relevant financial field
Proven experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles
Strong understanding of financial planning principles
FAIS compliant or working towards compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
High levels of professionalism and integrity
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
