About the Role

WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit driven and entrepreneurial Financial Advisors. Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses
  • Provide advice on risk products, investments, and long-term financial planning strategies
  • Maintain and review client portfolios on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance targets

Requirements

RE5 (Regulatory Examination for Representatives) completed

NQF Level 5 qualification in a relevant financial field

Proven experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles

Strong understanding of financial planning principles

FAIS compliant or working towards compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results

High levels of professionalism and integrity

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
