Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of traders to achieve trading objectives and profitability targets
– Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks
– Identify market opportunities and execute trades across various asset classes
– Collaborate with research teams and analysts to stay informed on market trends and developments
– Monitor and analyze market data and performance metrics to make informed trading decisions
– Manage trading operations, including trade execution, risk management, and compliance
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
– Keep abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to trading activities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in trading, with a proven track record of successful trading strategies and risk management
– Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and market data analysis tools
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment
– Strong analytical and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in trading activities
