About the Role
Seigo Staffing Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Intermediate Stock Controller to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our stock levels, inventory processes, and stock control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and perform stocktakes
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and adjustments
- Create bond reports and analyze stock performance using Excel and ERP systems
- Provide support to other teams as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Diploma in Stock Management or Logistics
- 3-5 years of experience as a Stock Controller
- Experience with job costing and bond creation
- Strong knowledge of stock control systems and inventory processes
- Strong numerical and stock analysis skills
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and stock/ERP systems
