Our client, a respected consultancy specialising in B-BBEE compliance, is seeking a Junior B-BBEE Compliance Analyst. This is a fantastic opening for a recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of relevant experience who is eager to build a career in transformation, compliance, and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with B-BBEE verification, compliance assessments, and reporting.

• Support senior analysts in preparing documentation and evidence for client audits.

• Research and interpret B-BBEE legislation, codes, and sector charters.

• Maintain accurate records and assist in compiling client scorecards.

• Liaise with clients to obtain and verify information for compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Completed Law degree (LLB) or currently completing final year of study.

• Up to one years experience in compliance, legal research, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).

• Strong analytical, administrative and organisational skills.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
