About the Role
CallForce is seeking a Lead Generation Agent to join our team in Cape Town. As an Outbound USA agent, you will be responsible for generating leads from our existing client base and conducting cold calls for medical insurance and other campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Read from a scripted pitch
- Transfer warm leads to the USA team
- Work towards exceeding transfer targets
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
- Matric
- 12 months outbound sales/customer service/Retentions/debt collection/tele sales/lead warming/insurance sales experience (Not essential but preferred)
- International outbound experience with sales/customer service (Not essential but preferred)
- Lead generation experience (as a duty)
- Neutral accent
- Confident/Persistent
- Must be South African
- Must be available immediately/Must be currently unemployed
Salary & Benefits
R 40 per productive hour, shift and travel allowance provided, incentives.
