Job Summary
We are seeking to employ a Grader/Marker Maker who will be responsible for converting garment patterns into different sizes (grading) and preparing accurate markers that maximize fabric utilization (marker making). The role requires technical expertise in pattern design, grading, and fabric layout to ensure cost-effective production with minimal waste
Requirements
– Diploma or degree in fashion design, pattern making, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern grading and marker making.
– Experience in computerized grading and marker making is advantageous
– Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric types.
– Ability to think systematically and critically when solving mathematical problems or High accuracy in mathematical calculations and error detection.
– Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
