Job Overview:
Hire Resolve is looking for Mechanical Engineering professionals (Engineers, Technologists, and Technicians) to join our client’s team in Cape Town. If you have 2 to 8 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, we encourage you to apply. Experience in Revit modelling, pumps and plant is a plus, but not a requirement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering (Engineer, Technologist, or Technician).
- Experience in Revit modelling, pumps and plant is a plus, but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems.
- Perform analysis and simulations (FEA, CFD) to optimize designs.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure product quality.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- 2-8 years experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in mechanical design and mechanical software.
- Revit modelling, pumps and plant is a plus (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
