Hire Resolves client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Online Marketing Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a company’s online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.)
• Oversee content creation and distribution
• Optimize website and content for SEO
• Run and analyze email marketing campaigns
• Manage social media accounts and engagement
• Track performance metrics and generate reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Test and optimize landing pages and user funnels
  Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in online/digital marketing
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
