About the Role
Bonafide Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Truck Sales Executive to join our dealership in Rustenburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for customers and achieve sales targets that contribute to departmental profit and unit goals.
- Sell the maximum number of new trucks to achieve maximum profit.
- Ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times, in accordance with Company sales policy geared toward repeat sales.
- Initiate and close deals independently and with confidence.
- Ensure transaction completion according to targeted timeframes and at required accuracy.
- Monitor Creditors outstanding and ensure they do not exceed agreed targets.
- Accurately record and register details of all vehicle transactions.
- Complete CPA and other control and legal documentation accurately.
- Review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets, and other activities with the Sales Manager for continued improvement.
- Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
- Utilize innovative thinking to improve customer base.
- Discuss pricing policy changes affecting vehicle sales with Sales Manager.
