Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Verify all compliance paperwork is present Validate client risk profile is determined Relay client objectives to Advisor Attain information needed to compile Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Statements and relay to Advisor Identify areas for planning (Investment & Risk) Research both independently and with the Advisor to identify relevant solutions to meet client needs Produce information/comparisons for analysis by Advisor Review current and future allocation of assets for investment strategy in regard to client risk profile Produce recommendation reports discussed/signed off by Advisor Put together correspondence with agreed recommendations Complete application / proposals forms Verify all compliance paperwork Alter clients` investments as instructed Implement chosen investment strategies Act as liaison and manage with queries from clients and other parties Establish and uphold strong relationships with clients, attend client meetings with Advisor Arrange review meetings with client Assess investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile
Requirements:
Qualification: BCom Financial Planning or Equivalent Be highly organised, methodical and disciplined Able to multi-task and effectively prioritise Team player, able to stay motivated and work independently when needed Strong analytical and problems solving skills Excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
