About the role:
- Lead the full product development lifecycle for key consumer and institution facing features that impact our core business across ideation, technical development, and launch
- Lead user research and analyze data to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for opportunities and improvements
- Drive team execution by defining roadmaps, speccing out features, and working with engineers and designers to ship products.
- Ensure accountability and measure success for key objectives by defining KPI requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience owning end to end product lifecycles
- Strong technical background with 2+ years of engineering experience
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
- Strong product instincts – you understand how to uncover users’ core needs and how to craft a focused, impactful product experience
- Ruthless prioritization – you zero in on what matters and ship quickly in order to learn and iterate
- Creative problem solver – you are able to root cause complex problems and implement viable solutions
- Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
