About the role:

Lead the full product development lifecycle for key consumer and institution facing features that impact our core business across ideation, technical development, and launch
Lead user research and analyze data to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for opportunities and improvements
Drive team execution by defining roadmaps, speccing out features, and working with engineers and designers to ship products.
Ensure accountability and measure success for key objectives by defining KPI requirements
3+ years of product management experience owning end to end product lifecycles
Strong technical background with 2+ years of engineering experience
Ability to execute in a fast-paced and fluid startup environment
Strong product instincts – you understand how to uncover users’ core needs and how to craft a focused, impactful product experience
Ruthless prioritization – you zero in on what matters and ship quickly in order to learn and iterate
Creative problem solver – you are able to root cause complex problems and implement viable solutions
Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
