We are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the Ditto Hire / Ditto Jobs engineering team. In this role, we are looking for an individual who is willing to rock the boat and implement processes that makes us more efficient. You will be responsible for three of our products and work alongside brilliant people.

What youll do:
- Manage a distributed team of software engineers
- Use Jira as your weapon of choice to manage tasks across multiple products
- Write detailed technical briefs and manage workflows of individuals
- Manage code sprints
- Work alongside the product team and identify ways to enhance our core products
- Lead our daily standup
- Constantly optimize productivity within the engineering team
- Assist in QA / UAT and bug reporting
