About the Role
The Armoury Boxing Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries
- Assist new clients with registrations
- Capture data of new clients
- Process any membership cancellations
- Process any membership renewals
- Opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Reside in or close to Woodstock, Cape Town
- Own transport
- Computer literate – Microsoft literate (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Must be very comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, Email and on the phone)
- Must have the ability to work with difficult clients
- Problem solving skills is a must
- People skills is a must
