One of South Africas leading mid-tier accounting firms is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their dynamic team in Bellville.
This role is ideal for a well-presented individual with strong organisational skills who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming front-office environment.

Previous reception or front desk experience advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities
(Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:)

Managing the switchboard and acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff

Welcoming and assisting guests and clients upon arrival

Preparing and arranging beverages for meetings and appointments
-
Maintaining a neat, organised and professional reception area
-
Coordinating and ordering office consumables, including kitchen and cleaning supplies

Monitoring stock levels and ensuring supplies are replenished when required

Assisting management with various administrative and ad hoc duties
