The Architectural Technologist will produce detailed architectural drawings, contribute to innovative design solutions, and support the delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to construction. This role requires precision, creativity, and a focus on sustainable design practices. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed Revit drawings for luxury residential projects. Develop innovative design concepts in collaboration with the architectural team. Ensure designs meet client requirements while incorporating sustainable solutions. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate designs, materials, and construction documentation. Assist in maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Required Qualifications and Experience: 35 years experience in high-end residential architecture. Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM software. SACAP registration preferred (or in progress). Strong understanding of sustainable design principles. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
