About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Under Armour V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading by example, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and employee supervision.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
