About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager for a Boutique Hotel in Cape Town, with a strong background in finance and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in financial management and relevant tertiary education.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Develop and implement financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with the hotel’s management team to achieve financial goals
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry finance and accounting practices
- Proficient in financial software, including accounting systems and budgeting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
