Job Overview Were looking for a Clipper / Content Researcher who combines strong analytical thinking, creative instinct, and marketing understanding . Your main responsibility is to build and maintain a structured content database from our raw footage and transform this raw material into clear, actionable viral content concepts for our managers and marketing team. This role is not about passive cutting its about owning the content pipeline from raw data to viral-ready concepts . What youll do exactly Build & Own the Content Database Organize large amounts of raw video footage into a clean, structured Drive system Categorize content by hooks, emotions, topics, aesthetics, storytelling angles, and formats Continuously expand and improve the content database with new material Clip & Identify Viral Potential Identify high-potential moments, hooks, statements, and visual elements from raw footage Create rough clips or timestamps that clearly highlight viral moments Understand why certain clips have viral potential, not just that they look good Create Viral Content Concepts Develop concrete video ideas based on the content database Combine hooks, aesthetics, storytelling structures, and platform mechanics into clear concepts Provide these concepts to managers and the marketing team for final production and distribution Work Closely with Marketing & Management Collaborate with managers to align content ideas with creator positioning and strategy Translate marketing goals into content angles Actively suggest new formats, styles, and creative directions Be a Market Leader Analyze viral videos, trends, hooks, and formats across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Continuously feed insights and patterns back into the content database Think in systems, not individual videos What were looking for Essential Qualifications Proven experience in clipping and/or video editing (Short-Form preferred) Strong understanding of viral content mechanics Experience working with large amounts of raw footage Basic to solid marketing understanding (hooks, positioning, audience psychology) Business fluent English skills Critical Attributes System Thinker & Ownership Mentality You dont just clip videos you build scalable systems You take full responsibility for structure, clarity, and output quality Eye for Viral Details You instinctively recognize strong hooks, emotional triggers, and standout moments You understand aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling on a deep level Speed & Proactivity You work fast without losing quality You dont wait for instructions you identify opportunities and act Open to Feedback You thrive in a direct, high-performance feedback culture You actively improve based on critique Nice to have Hands-on editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Experience in content strategy or social media marketing Understanding of performance-driven content (CTR, Watchtime, Retention) Experience working with creators or agencies
