About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our property maintenance division, you will be responsible for conducting technical audits on properties and making recommendations for improvements. Your expertise will also be required to install electrical metering equipment and calculate/recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical audits on properties from a technical perspective
  • Examine under recoveries from a technical perspective
  • Make technical drawings of metering reticulation of examined properties
  • Install electrical metering equipment
  • Calculate/forecast recoveries
  • Manage stock levels
  • Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • A qualified electrician with at least N4 qualification
  • At least 2 years metering related experience
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Driver’s License
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Computer literate
  • Deadline and goal orientated
  • Ability to work under pressure
