About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Financial Manager to join a prestigious 5-star boutique hotel in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional who understands the pace, precision, and standards required within luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements
- 5 to 6 years’ experience within luxury hospitality
- Strong financial management and reporting expertise
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- The ability to work strategically while remaining hands on
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
