About the Role

We are assisting a luxury hospitality group to recruit an experienced Financial Manager for two exclusive properties in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-driven finance professional who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for property-level financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and variance analysis
Provide strategic insight to support business decisions
Work closely with department heads and support-office teams
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group standards

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance
Proven ability to manage all aspects of financial operations
Advanced proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills
Experience with Sage software (Intacct advantageous)
