About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to join our exclusive members-only club in Cape Town. As the face of our hospitality, you will ensure that every guest and member encounter reflects the highest levels of warmth, professionalism, and luxury.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a service-driven team to deliver seamless operations across all dining, bar, and lounge areas
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to uphold the property’s reputation for refined service and establish operational standards and brand consistency
- Anticipate needs and exceed expectations in a high-end hospitality environment
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Coordinate daily service oversight and ensure effective communication between kitchen, bar, and event teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fine dining, boutique hotel, or private members’ club management
- Strong background in front-of-house operations, food & beverage, and team leadership
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience managing VIP guests and member relations with discretion and professionalism
- Solid understanding of luxury hospitality protocols and service etiquette
