The role requires a polished and proactive individual with the ability to lead and motivate a service-driven team, ensuring a seamless flow of operations across all dining, bar, and lounge areas. Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Front of House Manager will uphold the property’s reputation for refined service and will play a key part in establishing and maintaining operational standards and brand consistency from pre-opening through to daily execution. This position calls for someone with a genuine passion for people, a calm yet confident presence, and an innate understanding of how to anticipate needs and exceed expectations in a high-end hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be a refined and engaging hospitality professional who leads by example and naturally combines presence and poise with warmth and grace, ensuring every member experience is both effortless and memorable. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fine dining, boutique hotel, or private members’ club management Strong background in front-of-house operations, food & beverage, and team leadership Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience managing VIP guests and member relations with discretion and professionalism Solid understanding of luxury hospitality protocols and service etiquette Hands-on approach to daily service oversight and coordination between kitchen, bar, and event teams High standards of personal presentation, grooming, and professional conduct Ability to maintain brand integrity and consistency across all guest touchpoints Stable employment history and exceptional references.
