About the Role
Are you eager to learn, energetic, and ready to gain real workplace experience? We are seeking young, motivated Junior Merchandisers to join our team as part of a structured internship program. This is your chance to step into the working world, build skills, and grow your career in merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock requirements
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
- Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
- Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions
- Accurately record merchandising activities
- Execute calls as per call cycle
Requirements
- Aged 18-28 years
- NCV Level 4 or N6 TVET Certificate
- Looking to complete a workplace experience internship
- No work experience needed (we’ll teach you!)
Qualifications
- NCV Level 4 Internship: 12 months
- N6 TVET Internship: 18 months
Salary & Benefits
Stipend: R3,500 per month
