About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and curious Knowledge Hub Intern to support the development and growth of our central Knowledge Hub on SharePoint. As part of CTG’s 70-20-10 internship programme, you will gain hands-on experience across knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and content curation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data, information management, communications, and digital tools, especially within the humanitarian and development sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, organisation, and ongoing maintenance of CTGs Knowledge Hub on SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across HQ and field teams to encourage engagement, content updates, and knowledge sharing.
  • Curate and quality-check submissions to ensure relevance, structure, and accuracy.
  • Produce weekly summaries on new content, innovations, and trends.
  • Provide Knowledge Hub insights for bids, reports, and other client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Communications/Marketing team to integrate knowledge outputs into CTG briefings and campaigns.
  • Explore the use of AI and other technologies to improve accessibility and user experience.
  • Help track usage, engagement, and content metrics for reporting.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (within the last year) or final-year student in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
