About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Procurement Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement administration and ensuring accurate processing of all related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs while maintaining full compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee creditor payment preparation and manage supplier queries.
- Process supplier orders and assist with stock code creation.
- Support reporting tasks such as time and attendance, incident reporting, and monthly payroll-related deductions.
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed within set deadlines.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement support role.
- Relevant Diploma in Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
