Job Description
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a liquor retail store in Witbank, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of success in bottle store or supermarket management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and staff supervision
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive store image
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and sales data
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years experience in bottle store or supermarket management roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on a rotating 7-day schedule (with one week on, one week off)
