About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a liquor retail store in Witbank, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As Store Manager, you will be expected to lead a team of sales staff, manage inventory, and maintain high levels of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and ensure accurate stock management
- Implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize store performance
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years experience in a bottle store or supermarket management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Mature, responsible, and professional approach
