About the Role

The Store Manager – Liquor Retail role is a key position in our Witbank store, responsible for leading a team of sales staff and managing day-to-day operations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and employee supervision
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve excellent customer service standards
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize store performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a bottle store or supermarket management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
