About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and adaptable Receptionist / Relief Night Auditor to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town. The successful candidate will provide exceptional front desk service during the day and oversee night audit operations, ensuring smooth and seamless guest experiences around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

• Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest enquiries efficiently

• Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts, billing, and reporting

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly

• Maintain accurate records of guest information and hotel operations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Uphold luxury service standards and deliver memorable guest experiences

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or night audit role in a luxury hotel environment

Strong numerical and analytical skills for night audit responsibilities
