An excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel Reservations Agent to join the front office team with this internationally branded hotel group based in Cape Town. About: · As Reservations Agent you’ll be handling hotel reservations via phone, email, & online platforms · Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately · Respond to guest inquiries and provide hotel information and rates · Coordinate with hotels and internal departments to confirm availability · Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details Requirements: · South African national or those with valid work permit · Experienced in hotel reservations · Tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field · Salary package: R19 000 ctc
