Role Description: Rooms Division Manager: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town. The Rooms Division Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth, efficient management across staff, facilities, and guest experience. Key responsibilities include supervising service quality, supporting and coordinating with department heads, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving people development. The role also involves fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace culture, resolving guest inquiries, and assisting the General Manager in executing strategic priorities for the property.
