About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead-Conveyancer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with deceased estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of conveyancers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Oversee the preparation and submission of conveyancing documents
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- LLB degree admitted as a Conveyancer
- 1-3 years’ experience working with a team in a conveyancing department
- Experience working with deceased estates would be beneficial
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification: LLB degree
