About the Role
Grow your career in the manufacturing industry as a Trainer based in the Western Cape! This position involves sustaining a learning environment by delivering effective training services across the value chain. You will be responsible for setting up a training calendar, benchmarking staff training requirements, engaging with internal and external trainers, administering and running training sessions, evaluating the quality of courses, and maintaining an up-to-date training matrix. The role focuses on enhancing performance and ensuring continuous development within the organisation.
