About the Role
The Transfer Secretary role in our Cape Town office requires a highly experienced professional with strong administrative and organisational skills to provide exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage bond registrations and cancellations
- Liaise with major banks on transfer-related matters

- Minimum 35 years experience as a Transfer Secretary
- Strong exposure to mortgage bonds (registrations and cancellations)
- Experience dealing with major banks
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
