About the Role

Our client, an established construction company, is seeking an experienced Wet Works Foreman to oversee and coordinate all on-site wet work activities in the Cape Town region. This hands-on supervisory role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination of subcontractors, and strict adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise on-site wet work activities
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work
  • Develop and implement effective materials management systems
  • Conduct setting out and levelling tasks
  • Apply waterproofing skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 certificate)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in wet works supervisory role
  • Brickwork, plastering, screeding, finishing experience
  • Waterproofing skills and knowledge
  • Setting out and levelling skills
  • Materials management experience
  • Team supervision capabilities

Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license
  • Own reliable transport

Salary & Benefits

  • R850,000 per annum
