Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Research Associate to join their team remotely. The client provides AI-driven training for financial professionals, helping them save time, enhance client relationships, and grow their businesses. Were growing our research team and seeking a Research Associate to support strategic initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and help drive innovation across our AI platform and client solutions.

Responsibilities: 

• AI Research & Scouting: Conduct continuous research into emerging AI tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Strategic Support: Assist in developing strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse complex datasets to support internal decisionmaking and performance tracking.
• Content Development: Create high-quality materials summarizing research findings, product updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Operational Projects: Support implementation and optimization of internal systems to improve data accuracy, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Research Quality: Accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance of AI research and competitive insights delivered.
• Content Effectiveness: Quality and impact of internal and client-facing materials produced.
• Operational Efficiency: Timely execution and improvement of research processes, reporting systems, and CRM support.

Requirements: 

• 24 years of experience in a research, strategy, consulting, or technical role with a focus on AI or data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong comfort with AI trends, frameworks, and tooling.
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work independently.
• Prior exposure to client-facing environments or professional services is an advantage
