Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a highly professional and experienced Reservationist to join a leading luxury travel company based in Cape Town. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with trade experience and a passion for delivering bespoke, high-end travel services to a global clientele.

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage private safari bookings and tailor-made travel itineraries

Handle enquiries and reservations for ultra-luxury international guests

Liaise with suppliers and agents to secure and confirm travel arrangements

Provide backup support to the Admin Sales Support team as needed

Work according to American time zones (primary market)

Maintain accurate records and ensure a seamless booking process

Represent the brand with professionalism and top-tier service

? Requirements:

Minimum of a Matric certificate

Previous trade experience is essential

Background working with luxury 5-star guests or products

Highly presentable and professional in communication and appearance

Knowledge of HubSpot and Apply Below is a strong advantage
