Senior Sales Representative

Job Description:
Achieve agreed budget
Expand customer base
Expand product range through new products
Cross-Selling within the group
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the companys manufacturing products or solutions.
Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments to expand market share.
Identify and evaluate potential new customers, markets, and opportunities for product expansion.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys manufacturing processes, products, and services.
Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Work closely with production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, quality, and delivery timelines meet customer expectations.
Communicate customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement in products and services.
Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Background and understanding of Rubber will be an advantage
Technical Background or technical understanding
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical products, and the ability to understand customer specifications.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues to maintain positive client relationships.
CRM Tools: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales software.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
