Cape Town: Senior Construction Project Manager posted by Hire Resolve

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in the multi-disciplinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including contract negotiation, project planning, budget management, and client communication.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
– Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
– Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
– Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
– Manage project resources and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
– Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are met on all project sites.
– Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary industry.
– Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– PMP certification is a plus.
– Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
– Own Vehicle and Drivers License
