About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing key retail accounts within the Clearing and Forwarding space, driving revenue and profitability through strategic account planning. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Clearing & Forwarding / Freight Forwarding
- Strong background managing retail clients (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of Air, Sea, and Road freight
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
