Salary: R8,500 + Commission, Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Senior Spa Therapist to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town for the upcoming season. This role requires a skilled therapist with a passion for wellness and guest service, who can deliver treatments to the highest standard while supporting the wider spa team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments to guests with professionalism and care

• Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are maintained to the highest standards

• Promote spa services and retail products to maximise guest experience and revenue

• Provide guidance and support to junior therapists when required

• Uphold exceptional guest service standards in line with the hotels luxury offering

Requirements:

• Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a spa therapist, ideally at senior level

• Strong product and treatment knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays

• Passion for wellness and delivering a five-star guest experience
